Leading Organizational Change

In order to effectively enact change in your organization, you must start with your why and build upon that. You must have a clear vision of your methods and goals , but also be open to suggestions and feedback from participating team members. What’s Your Why

Before implementing change, all members of the team need to understand the purpose of addressing change, the methods by which you will achieve your goals, and what you are aiming to achieve through change.
