Developing Effective Professional Learning

Reflecting upon the knowledge I have gained from this course, I recognize how invaluable it has been. As educators, we strive to create meaningful experiences for our students so that they may learn more effectively and in a more enjoyable, personal matter. So, why should the way educators learn from each other be any different? Below, you will find various components of my alternative professional learning strategy and how I plan to utilize them to aid my participating educators in efficiently establishing and executing my innovation plan in their classroom.

Additional Information and Resources

I have created a Call to Action video for participating educators and their admin/campus leadership, as well as other interested parties, on the severity of the program’s purpose and how we can work together to take action.

An updated version of my Implementation Plan will allow me to remain on track and provide guidance to my educators on where we are, where we are going, and when they should complete aspects of their self-driven professional learning.

My BHAG/3 Column Table (Fink) as well as my UbD will be critical in developing relevant professional learning for my participating educators.

In my post regarding Creating Significant Learning Environments, I will outline the important outcomes and strategies my educators should strive for to ensure they are able to provide the greatest opportunities for our students as they participate in this program.
