Planning Professional Learning

In order to design effective professional learning for the educators participating in my pilot program, I have ensured that the trainings I designed both aligns with the timing and content of the program throughout the school year and is purposeful and engaging. I have utilized the 5 principles of effective professional learning as a guide to develop an outline of the various ways I will provide instruction and support to my fellow educators.

Implementation Plan

This is the initial survey I issued out to participating educators. It has helped me customize our professional learning by giving me an idea of where my educators are in prior knowledge, what their strengths and specific needs are, and how I can best accommodate them. I found that it was greatly beneficial in the early stages of my program implementation.
