Having a baby just completely changes your world. It feels like my life has 2 periods: before and with Max. More so, I remember what the “before” period was like, but I don’t miss it at all.

Last July, my husband and I welcomed our son, Max, to this world. He was absolutely beautiful and it was surreal love at first sight.

Before he was even born, he was extremely active, always doing somersaults and kicking like a mule. He has yet to slow down. Rolling, punching, kicking, moving and grooving… there is no slowing him down.

Max has the most infectious smile. Seriously, this isn’t hyperbole. Every time you tickle him or say his name, he unleashes the biggest gummy grin and his eyes sparkle. It’s to die for. You just want to keep entertaining him to he is always showing it off.

Max is also extremely friendly. He is always interested in people and quickly befriends them by flashing that gorgeous smile. Even the pediatrician gets a warm welcome. I mean come ON! What kid loves his doctor?! Only my Max.

Soon he will be crawling, and more adventures will be on the way. It feels like time is already zooming past us, but I fully plan to soak up every second.
